Summary

Appointed Roy as a new member in the Trade Committee.

Goal

To better separate the roles between Commissioner and the Trade Committee.

Proposal

Replace the Commissioner in the Trade Committee with Roy.

The Commissioner is an authoritarian role. Having the Commissioner be a member of the Trade Committee is a redundant extension of the powers already bestowed on the Commissioner.

Beyond their fundamental responsibilities, the Trade Committee commands its own charter. By removing the Commissioner from the group, they can independently manage the health of the trade market within the League.
